Releasing The Five Scar Layers Workshop

For c-section mamas at any stage who want to feel in control of their scar tissue and belly shelf using massage techniques

Here's what we're going to cover:

✅ First, talk about dealing with the emotional layer, and we provide strategies for creating a positive connection to your scar through static touch and affirmation work so it doesn't trigger bad memories

✅ We discuss the importance of skin desensitization around your scar so you can bring back the feeling and get rid of the numbness without waiting a year or more

✅ We then talk about the best approach to address the next few layers of your physical scar tissue, including the skin, fascia, muscle and organ layers, so they don't stick together

✅ Lastly, we talk about the best way to create a routine with the techniques so you can do it often to stretch and release the tissue for long-lasting results consistently

As a Registered Massage Therapist for over 20 years, I have always been passionate about helping clients in their perinatal cycle.

My life changed when I gave birth in 2014 by emergency C-section. I was upset about how I birthed my child and felt so lost in my recovery.

After navigating recovery on my own, I was able to rehabilitate body, build the strength back in my core and accept my birth experience and postpartum body changes so I could get back to feeling normal again.

As a C-section Recovery Coach, I have made it my life’s purpose to support and coach C-section mamas to feel strong and confident in their bodies.
