As a Registered Massage Therapist for over 20 years, I have always been passionate about helping clients in their perinatal cycle.
My life changed when I gave birth in 2014 by emergency C-section. I was upset about how I birthed my child and felt so lost in my recovery.
After navigating recovery on my own, I was able to rehabilitate body, build the strength back in my core and accept my birth experience and postpartum body changes so I could get back to feeling normal again.
As a C-section Recovery Coach and 3x C-section Mama, I have made it my life’s purpose to support and coach C-section mamas to feel strong and confident in their bodies.
